Social Ministry:

• Action for Food (Hunger Ministry)
  
• Dorothy Day Soup Kitchen -- (call Bev Caroll at 366-4142); we collect saltine crackers on "Saltine Sunday," the 3rd Sunday of each month.
  
• Parish Nurse Ministry (call 328-9678)
  
• Amnesty International "Freedom Writers"
  
• Interfaith Hospitality Network -- This ecumenical ministry hosts families who need a temporary home.
  
• Parish Religious Education & Youth Ministry
  
• RAIN Team -- The first Sunday of each month we collect hygiene & cleaning products for the local ministry to HIV/AIDS families.
  
• Crop Walk -- Done annually in the fall, the Crop Walk raises funds to fight hunger issues.
  
• Pilgrim's Inn Ministry -- an ongoing need of donations of non-perishable food for their pantry; drop-off any morning, Monday through Friday.
  
• Children's Attention Home -- Make a positive difference in the life of a child by simply spending time to read to them or play a game. Also, any coupons for fast food restaurants and recreational activities for these children are appreciated.
