Our Father of Jubilation

Our Father of Jubilation,
who art in Heaven, in Earth,
in us -- in all creation,
Joyous is your name!
Fill us with elation!

May we do Your will --
let us realize this is our chance
to be Your hands to help,
voice to sing, and feet to dance
here on Earth as in Heaven above!

Give us this day a hunger
for the Truth that is You.
Let us thrive on Your love
in everything we do.

Forgive us when we step on toes
and dance apart from You;
help us all to aim to be
merciful and loving in all we do.

As we learn to dance Your step of joy
and sing in jubilation,
please, Abba, hold our hands
and lead us from temptation.

For You are our Song in the silence of night,
our Hope, our Joy, our light,
and through Your Son we find salvation,
our dear Father of Jubilation.
